Explorer is a playable character in LEGO Worlds, and (prior to final release) was one of two Characters the player started with unlocked at the beginning of a new game. Now the character must be unlocked the same as any other. Not to be confused with Major Quinton Steele, who bears a striking resemblance.

The Explorer has a white pith helmet, a magnifying glass and a pair of binoculars.
The Explorer's face has a monocle and a grey moustache. His torso is a beige two-pocket shirt with a canteen in a bandolier, and his arms and hips are beige to match. His legs are beige cargo pants with front pockets. His hands are the standard LEGO yellow.
The Explorer has a number of unique idle animations, including looking off into the distance, then putting his pith helmet down and standing on it to get a clearer view. Sometimes when the Explorer falls down, his hat falls off, and he must take a moment to put it back on.
